About what is the reputation of a company, is known only one thing - this is an extremely important component of any business. However, what includes this concept, how to manage the reputation of a company, finally, how to find out what people think about the company in society?
Reputation is difficult to be found and seen, because it is in the minds of consumers. What tricks would not use the advertisers for increasing the effectiveness of advertising budgets, the best advertising continues to be the so-called "human radio" in which information is transmitted by words from mouth to mouth.
Nevertheless, nearly every more or less known company has its reputation. The society, the residents of the city, customers form their own opinion about the company. Those who in any way confront with the company activities, distribute the information about it in their environment. Views - positive or negative - can and must be learned to be managed.
For the advertiser, the reputation – is a serious concept. It influences and sometimes determines the volume of sales of goods (services) and business development in general. Companies spend big sums of money on the advertising of their product or their brand. This advertising is everywhere, on TV, radio, bus stations and in mailboxes. A potential customer sees and hears it for many days, he begins to trust it and now he is ready to go and buy from the company its product or service seen on the spot.
But on the way, he meets someone who finding out about the intentions of your client, says only one sentence: I heard that the company has not high quality services, it is better to go to another one...
One phrase from a real person is stronger than a large advertising company.

What does this mean?
Time of total advertising, from which consumers can not draw conclusions about the quality of the product or the company's loyalty to the client, as part of society, slowly passes to the past. The time has come for «collective» advertisement, when combining the views of customers, we will know the essence of the company, product and services.
People trust their friends, neighbors and colleagues in the choice of product or service more than advertising slogans of the company. After all, we all know that when we need a good dentist, we first call our friends, and ask about the dentist they go to.
In this challenging and changing time for business, our project «Reputation» wants to help all companies to find not just customers, but to become a friend to everyone.
Our aim is to make sure that people coming to you for your product or service, will say:

The companies desire to participate in the project, tells that it is not indifferent to what is said about it and what place it occupies in the society.
How is interesting the project «Reputation» for the company? What it offers?
• This is the place where the company may specify who is it in the consumer society.
• This is the place, from which the company will be informed, which is cause of poor sales of goods or its services, although they are of better quality than the competitors.
• This is the place where the company will establish good relationships with customers and PARTNERS.
