1. To become an user can:
1.1. Natural persons:
- over 14 years old persons;
- mobile telephony subscribers;
- persons that successfully registered on the portal.
1.2. Legal entities in the person of companies engaged in commercial activity:
- that have a bank account and legal address;
- that have staff;
- that successfully registered on the portal.
2. Liabilities for the registration
2.1. Meeting the requirements of this Agreement.
2.2. Is forbidden the distortion of data about themselves.
The mandatory minimum information, which will be freely available,
- Your full name, surname and patronymic
- Year of birth
- Place of work
- Position
- Your personal photo
3. Banned materials for posting
3.1. Service «Reputatie.md» strictly (!) is out of politics, therefore, is forbidden to post materials that directly or indirectly are related to the topic.
3.2. «Reputatie.md» ─ is a socio-business portal, so is not allowed the publication of materials relating to your personal life or relationships.
3.3. Published material as reviews must be correct, precise, objective, constructive and not based on personal taste preferences, and to not infringe upon the freedom and human rights.
3.4. The materials must contain only valid data. Intentional falsification is prosecuted by the in force legislation of RM.
3.5. Is forbidden everything that is contrary to law and norms of human morality.
4. Users of the service «Reputatie.md» are forbidden to:
4.1. Violate the legislation, honor and dignity, rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
4.2. Violate the copyrights and / or related rights of third parties.
4.3. Violate the rights of minors.
4.4. Post any material that contains computer viruses or programs that can harm the normal functioning of computer hardware, software or telecommunication systems of all parties.
4.5. To contribute to the kindling of the religious, racial or ethnic hatred, to call for violence.
4.6. Leave messages that contain offensive or obscene character; to express their emotions through unquotable vocabulary and swearing.
4.7. Post information about drugs, the recipes of manufacturing them, tips for use or distribution.
4.8. Publish information with pornographic content or with or sexual perversions scenes.
4.9. Post material that contains scenes of violence against humans or animals.
Users who violate paragraph 4 ─ 5 of the Agreement will be immediately blocked without the possibility of rehabilitation or re-registration.
5. Users of the portal can display information as follows:
5.1 «Review and vote» ─ information about a company or natural person with the mark of the activity.
5.2 «Comment» ─ Your reply to any message.
All message of the users should be written in the declared by the portal form in any of three languages (Romanian, Russian, English), with the exception of generally words, phrases or abbreviations.
6 The conditions of Materials placement
6.1 The author concedes that bears full responsibility for materials posted on the portal. The Administration is not responsible for the content of materials and their compliance with legislation, for copyright infringement, unauthorized use of trademarks, names of firms and their logos, as well as for possible violations of the rights of third parties in connection with the material on the portal. In case of getting claims from third parties, the author should solve by himself the arose problem.
6.2 Until are not identified, all personal property and intellectual rights of the materials belongs to the author that placed them on the portal. The author is warned about the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova liability for improper use and placement of others' works. In the case of the affiliation of another author of the materials, these ones will be immediately withdrawn from circulation on the first demand of the legal copyright owner.
6.3 Liability for unauthorized copying and use of materials have individuals and organizations involved in this activity.
6.4 The author concedes that the administration has the right to publish on the pages containing the author’s materials, advertisement or any other information for public dissemination, but without prejudice to the content of the author material.
6.5 By default, all the materials of the author that are placed on the portal, and comments left for them, are available to all users of the portal. Nevertheless, the author is able to restrict the access of other users to their products.
6.6 The author has no right to any placement of advertising or propaganda , business proposals, bad advertisement or information, which has the nature of spam and flood.
6.7 Are prohibited actions that aim to raise the rating of the project (simulation activity, the creation of new communities for the promotion of existing ones, etc.). The Administration reserves the right to remove material and zero the rating, if it is being considered unreasonable.
6.8 The Administration has the right to refuse the author's placement of material and to remove materials in its sole discretion, if their content are contrary to the norms of ethics and morality, the rules of this agreement, or does not meet the requirements of current legislation of RM. The administration is not obliged to notify the author about the reasons for such denial or removal.
In the case of violation of points from the 6-th section, administration has the right to apply the following sanctions:
- make a written warning;
- remove materials;
- block the author’s mailbox.
7 Ownership of service «Reputatie.md»
7.1 All data provided by users of the service are intended solely for personal non-commercial use with the condition of the copyright observance.
7.2 All information on the portal «Reputatie.md», including design, graphics, text, layout, is owned by the project. Copying and printing of content is available only for personal purposes for non-commercial use with the condition of the copyright observance.
7.3 The author that considers that his rights and interests were infringed by the actions of the Administration or other users must send a written claim with the feedback at the email address
