De la întâi iunie, în gheretele din capitală nu vor mai fi în vânzare pateurile cu carne, aşa numitele "beleaşuri". Interdicţia este impusă ce Centrul de Medicină Preventivă din Chişinău. Potrivit medicului-şef sanitar de stat....

Wrong: «In this company all are idiots».


Right: «I was trying for 15 minutes to call the customer service department: 4 times they switched me not in the right place, and while waiting I stayed in line for 3 ─ 5 minutes, listening to loud music».


2. You may not leave non specific reviews


Wrong: «I’m not satisfied with the company N and i don’t intend to cooperate with them in the future».
Right: «Yesterday, 12.10.07, at 6 PM, I telephoned to the company N on the phone. 345-XX-45, to register for a Test-Drive of the car brand NN. After a long wait the receiver eventually took a girl, Anastasia. At my request, she replied that I got in a nearby shop, since the administrator from the wanted shop is on leave, and all calls after 17.00 are transferred to them. They have completely different cars, so this is why they can’t help me. If company N is so incompetent at the first addressing of a potential customer, what can be then expected in the future when addressing more complex issues?! »


3. You may not leave subjective reviews.


Wrong: «I did not liked this restaurant. The fish was served with potatoes for garnish, rather than rice, as it is accepted in normal restaurants ».


Right: « I did not liked this restaurant. Instead of ordered dishes-fish with rice for garnish ─ they without warning me brought the fish with potatoes, arguing that they don’t have anymore rice .I explained to the waiter that I don’t eat potatoes, and asked to replace it with a different garnish. The waiter said that would replace, but the price of potatoes will still be included in the bill. I agreed, only to not continue this unpleasant conversation. In the end, when they brought the dish, the fish was already cold, they didn’t guessed to warm it. The evening was spoiled ».


4. You may not leave unconstructive reviews.


Wrong: «The restaurant is great. Check it out! »


Right: «This restaurant is just great: beautiful interior, a high level of service, trained waiters, live music, and most important ─ is an excellent French cuisine. Lorraine cake, soup buyabess and duck of Lyon ─ is beyond any praise. Later we found out that the chef N has one of the top awards in culinary arts -Michelin star ».


5. You can not write reviews based on personal taste preferences.


Wrong: «I don’t like this bar. They do not have my favorite beer N and there constantly plays only electronic music ».


6. You can not write reviews based on personal tastes of fashion.
Wrong: «The Director of the company came at the meeting in a flashy shirt, which was not combined with the costume, and the cut of his pants reminded me a Fashion magazine of the 70-ies».
Right: «The Director of the company came to the meeting in a very untidy way: a not fresh and rumpled shirt, not ironed pants, add to this failure the fact that he didn’t complied with personal hygiene: unshaven face, dirty hair and the smell of sweat. I was very embarrassed in front of partners ».


7. You can not write about personal relationships.
Wrong: «I know the director of this company from the university. We were vanishing often with him from lectures to a nearby bar ».


8. You may not write racially discriminatory reviews.
Wrong: «These niggers don’t understand anything».
Right: «These African-Americans within the personnel service do not know the Romanian language, and therefore have difficulty in understanding, that reflects in the quality of service».


9. You can not write a review on behalf of another person. You can only describe the events that took place with you.
